Job Description

Officer – HR & Admin

  • Prepare & Submit documents and take follow up with various government departments like – factory inspectors, GLO, GPCB, FDA, ESIC, DGVCL, ITI, etc for company matters.
  • To maintain records of all government-related certificates licenses, circulars, fixed deposits, etc.
  • To maintain the status record of all the licenses and renewal application
  • Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
  • Manages information flow by researching, recording, and analyzing data and information. With a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessments, they ensure that the business runs smoothly
  • Trains and educates staff so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines
  • Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
  • To Face a Regulatory Audit, WHO, Vendor Audit.
  • To Look after day-to-day Inward/Outward courier/post activities
  • letter drafting as per the requirement of superiors.
  • To look after hotel and railway booking of visitors and company employees coming from other plants/ locations.
  • To check and verify the bill like telephone bills, courier bills, medical check-ups, and pre-medical check-ups 13 To review the training documents received from all the departments and filling of the same at the respective department and individual employee files.
  • Issuance of training history cards to employees.
  • To prepare and check the SOP”s of personnel and administration department as per need or periodic review.
