Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment
– Arranging technical interviews to the concern department Manager.
– New joining employees induction.
– Preparing Offers and conducting joining formalities, regularly getting in touch with Selected C.
– MIS
– Capable to handle Marketing recruitment
–Must be aware of Corresponding mail (Welcome mail, resignation acceptance.. etc)
-KRA work on a monthly basis
Skill:
– Analytical & problem-solving skills
– Excellent interpersonal skill
Immediate joiners are highly preferable
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate with MBA-HR / MSW / PGDHRM with 0 to 2 years of experience in a Pharma company.
- Prefer candidates from Pharma companies with experience in recruitment.
- Prefer only male candidates who’re willing to work at our Corporate office(Lincoln house-Sola Science city road)
