Job Description

  • To perform mass balance & Energy balance calculations of all products as per requirement.
  • Work over capacity calculation for the existing products as well as new products, if any, as per requirement.
  • To participate in the PPSSC, PSM & all safety-related drives at the site.
  • To Participate in the training related to PPSSC, PSM, and Safety drive at the site or other locations for external training and share the learning.
  • Work out bottom line improvement for all products on monthly basis & prepare its report & site presentation as per the defined format & maintain it.
  • Prepare PSM presentations in coordination with cross-functional departments.
  • Working on improvement projects i.e Cost Reduction, Solvent Recovery, Yield Improvement, etc.
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team & update the tracker of PPSSC & PSM for GIC-I & Location.
  • To take active participation in the company all drive like SBO, Near miss reporting, cGMP compliance & cleanliness related activities.
  • To take part in Trouble Shooting in the plant as well as across the site as per requirement.
  • To learn & follow all the SOPs related to Production for cGMP compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Chemical Engineering, (B.E./B. Tech/ or Equivalent)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the API industry especially in manufacturing operations
