Officer/ Sr. Officer-QA Validation (Sterile Plant)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform QA review and approval of validation lifecycle documentation (URS, DQ,
    FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, PV) protocols and reports.
  • Experience in Validation & Qualification of area and equipment/utilities in sterile Plant.
  • Preparation, execution & Compilation of the initial performance qualification/requalification protocols & reports for equipment/utilities.
  • Knowledge of process validation, in-process quality checks, and cGMP
  • Knowledge of cleaning sampling and validation activity
  • Monitoring the dispensing activity, providing the line-clearance, material verification, and finished product release.
  • To review & ensure the compliance of BMR & SOPs.
