Job Description
- Preparing Brand plans and increasing the market share of allotted brands
- Planning and preparation for promotional inputs
- Equipping the field force with required product knowledge and promotional tools.
- To carry out regular field Interactions to know about the impact of strategies implemented and product positioning.
- Manage the distribution and stock of products with the sales team
- Market Research with the help of ORG and data analysis
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and vendors
- Conduct CME along with the sales team
- Fieldwork with sales team for developing relationships with KOL
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors in Pharmacy along with Masters in Marketing. Having sales experience is an added advantage.
