Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Devises creative branding plans with effective product promotion and pricing strategies for assigned brand portfolios.
- Coordinates for smooth inter-departmental functioning and logistical implementation.
- Tracks, analyze, and review the regional/zonal product performance & Target vs Achievement.
- Motivate the field force through product-related campaigns and reward programs.
- Ensures promotional activities adhere to budgetary norms, guidelines, policies, ethical practices, vision, mission and values of Ajanta.
- To plan initiatives/ campaigns which will motivate field forces to achieve their target and to improve their in-clinic effectiveness
- To map activity effectiveness in terms of prescription generation and incremental business on a periodic basis.
- Build strong customer relationships through feedback & promoting products.
- New product launches, study the brand’s progression, and take instant corrective steps.
- Developing Marketing Strategies, considering the competition in place.
- Evolving Promotional plans, as per the market dynamics.
- Fieldwork in various geographical areas
- Responsible for brand planning & designing of promotional strategies, inputs such as Visual aids, LBLs brand reminders and ensuring effective implementation of the same in the field to meet specific organizational objectives for the assigned brands.
- Evaluates the market for implementation of strategies, forecasting trends and monitor key competitor activities through SWOT.
