Job Description
- To develop Brand Marketing Strategies and Annual Marketing Plan for the Assigned Brands
- To develop a Creative and conceptual Brand Plan for Future New Launches
- To follow up and monitor the implementation of Strategies and analyze ROI and Control Expenses
- To work in coordination with Country Managers and support them with Marketing inputs
- To plan, organize, prepare, and conduct Quarterly Strategic Cycle Meetings
- To do 15 days of fieldwork in the assigned Country Once every 2 months
- To do an analysis of IMS market Data and Internal Sales data and present observations
- To ensure procurement of All promotional materials including Print and Gifts
- To plan and control the utilization of inputs as per the Marketing Plan.
- To develop KOL Drs and develop Rapport with them
- To do any other assignment aligned from time to time.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in International Business.
