Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement the marketing support plan for assigned products in line with the respective brand promotion strategy and prepare for new product launches as per marketing plans.
  • Monitoring product performance & market share by evaluating sales information of the respective target market
  • Regular liaisoning with KOLs & KBLs on a regular basis & driving brand promotion initiatives in coordination with Sales teams
  • Prepare creative & innovative promotional plan & execute the same in coordination with the media partners/advertising agencies
  • Conduct regular training sessions for field force with a focus on imparting product knowledge as well as enabling them to build a value proposition for the customers & influencers
  • Provide inputs for the periodic market plans
  • Closely liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of product packaging, and current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor in Science Degree & MBA (Marketing)
  • 4 -8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
