Job Description
Product Manager – Cardio/Insulin /Diabetic segment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for handling the marketing function of the Cardio / Insulin / Diabetic Segment.
- Responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
- Prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
- Design Promotional/communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
- Customers-oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
- Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
- Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
- Coordination with all support functions for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B. Pharma or B. Sc and MBA in marketing, 4-6 yrs in Pharma Sales & Marketing out of 2 – 3 yrs as Product Manager, experience in any segment with Marketing Orientation.
- He/ She should be good at launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
- Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, and creativity.
- The candidate should be excellent in communication.
