Job Description
- Planning, developing marketing strategies, and implementing tactical plans to ensure marketing and sales objectives for a particular product or group of products are met.
- Develop short- and long-term plans, analyze market research findings, prepare a budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns, and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of profit, sales, market share, growth, and desired market positioning.
- Plan strategies, evaluate factors for effective branding of the product; optimize pricing based on market price dynamics; facilitate adaptation of product packaging to local setting; manage product life cycle in view of initiatives for new indications, extensions, modifications, and other life cycle strategies.
- Setting up product strategies and objectives according to the company strategy.
- Ensure that product marketing strategies and tactical programs are developed and implemented to improve market performance.
- Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; Analyse competitive market information & prepare competitor counter.
- Finding out developmental opportunities, and assessment of possibilities of new product launching.
- Understands the customers and environment and conducts market research if necessary.

- Ensure all business activities are in compliance with the company, corporate, and industry code of conduct.
- Address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure the availability of necessary resources and products.
Qualification: Graduation
