Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for assigned product lines, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives and market trends.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Brand targets
- Market and Sales Analysis (Internal & External). Understand the Market environment and trends and effectively use insights
- Prepare brand/portfolio wise Marketing plans and drive implementation
- Formulating strategies (positioning, communication, brand reminder inputs, and other campaigns) to increase the market share of brands
- Drive IMCM (Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing) for the Brands. Activation of Digital initiatives
- Training the field force on various marketing and product-related concepts
- Preparation of Annual brand wise P&I budgets (Promotional) planning
- Participation in medical conferences
- Partner with stakeholders. Internal- sales, marketing, medical, legal, compliance, governance regulatory, finance, supply chain, Commex. External- Health Care Providers, Agencies, Vendors
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Science / Pharmacy Graduate with a Management Degree and with 3-5 years of Marketing experience in the Pharma industry
- Sales experience of at least 1-2 years
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team Players must possess Collaboration skills, strategic-thinking and analytical skills
- Must possess a growth mindset, a strong drive to personally lead by example, ensure strategic implementation, and achieve financial goals.
- A thorough understanding of the Women’s Health market will be an added advantage
