Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Batch Manufacturing
  • Responsible for RM/PM Dispensing.
  • Responsible for BMR & SOP Preparation.
  • Responsible for Filter handling, Decanting
  • Responsible for Autoclave, Vial Washing monitoring.
  • Responsible for Monitoring the Aseptic area.
  • CIP & SIP of manufacturing and holding vessel.
  • Operating and Controlling of Dual Chamber Machine.
  • Operating and Controlling of Thimonier machine.
  • Responsible to review, approving, and implementing departmental SOPs as per current guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have work experience in INJECTABLE and Sterile plants.
  • Working experience in handling instruments like Thimonier. Autoclave, PFS, Dual Chamber machine.
  • Should have worked in the Aseptic area of the Injectable plant.
  • Should be Target Oriented.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Production/Industrial, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, B.Pharma, M.Tech in Production/Industrial, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Organic Chemistry
