Job Description

  • Responsible for research, Planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.
  • Planning and organizing research activities and resolving procedural problems in a timely.
  • Completion of research objectives & troubleshooting.
  • Handling Research & Development projects and conducting multi-step synthesis.
  • Developing and implementing experimental procedures for carrying out analysis of processes.
  • Preparing periodic records during experiments and the conclusions reached.
  • Analyze information, solve problems, and write reports on research results.
  • Managing the entire product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development, and testing activities.
  • Facilitating new product development initiatives with a key focus on Quality, Cost & delivery, and development components in conformance to pre-set technical specifications.
  • Planning and execution to develop new products as per client requirements.
  • Preparing a project estimation report for new product development/Business
  • Setting up raw material, intermediate as well as finished product specifications with the help of the Business development team
