Job Description:
- To identify the institutes having potential for Himalaya products and work towards achieving maximum outputs quantitatively and qualitatively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and maximize Business opportunities in Reimbursed institutes and PSUs. Coordinate for timely submission of tenders with tenders teams and cross-functional teams. Develop a good rapport with purchase authorities, Key decision makers, and important KOLs in the targeted institutions. Coordinate with other Himalaya portfolio teams and Marketing teams and plan product promotion initiatives in Institutes.
- Effectively coordinate with the LA/CPs to get market insights and plan Business maximization. Proactively include Himalaya products in the Tenders formulary.
- Effectively coordinate with the Sales Trade Team to increase demand for Himalaya portfolio in Institutions and faster liquidation of stocks.
- Responsible for achieving Product /Institution-wise/Segment-wise targets. Effective application of sales promotion strategies, participation in cycle meetings, monthly meetings, joint discussions, and transparent communication with the sales trade team.
- Identify needs, plan and organize product promotion campaigns, arrange scientific presentations, Campaign in pre-selected key institutions, and trigger buying decisions.
- Collaboration with a cross-functional sales team to maximize RC liquidation, demand generation and product recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree- Science & MBA will be preferred.
- Knowledge of the pharma industry and specialities.
- Required to travel extensively.
- 5+ years experience in sales experience on Public Market / Institutional Business
