The Company is having a strong presence in segments of OTC products, Stationery, and Clothing across the country. The company is looking forward to an enthusiastic candidate for the below position.

Position: Regional Sales Manager (Ayurveda Pharma Ethical Division)

Qualification: B.Sc. /B. Pharm or equitant graduate

Experience: 12-15 years of pharma sales experience with exposure to Ayurveda ethical business preferably.

CTC Range: up to 5.00 Lacs, no constraints for an outstanding candidate

Job Description:

  • Responsible for sales of the entire state
  • Achieving monthly /Quarterly/Half /Yearly and annual targets
  • Primary and secondary sales ensure consistency in sales
  • Coordination with distributors/stockists
  • Increase PCPM of each HQ with a focus on product mix
  • Increase doctor coverage with a focus on CP/Gynac/Ortho specialties
  • Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly levels
  • Ensuring timely reporting through the team in company-prescribed formats
  • Training to the Field Staff
  • Recruit, retain, and mentor sales teams
