Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager – Uttar Pradesh

Location: Anywhere in UP

Necessary Skills Required:

  • Well Disciplined and Punctual with very good Daily Habits and Life Style.
  • Very Warm & well-mannered Personality with very good Communication & Presentation Skills having basic minimum related technical knowledge. Quick Learning Skills would be a prerequisite for your success in our Organization.
  • Should be willing to be a part of a sustaining formidable Team of our Uttar Pradesh Sales.
  • Respectful to all Religions, Cultures, and Colors. You must also not be Gender biased!
  • Should be having a valid Driving License, willing to travel at short notice.
  • Not consuming Tobacco, in any form, and/or abusive Drugs.
  • Since we shall be spending an enormous amount of our time and resources on your Recruitment, Induction, and Training, you should be willing to stay in our employment for at least 03 years.
  • Minimum 10 Years Experience in Pharma Selling
  • Plan & Implement an Effective Call Plan
  • Build Effective Business Relationships with Healthcare Partners & Customers.
  • Organize and Execute Sales Presentations.
  • Take Sales Orders from Customers.
  • Ensure Timely Collection of All Orders Billed to Customers from the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Business Development Manager / RSM for the entire Uttar Pradesh.
  • Able-bodied, Science Graduate with sound (Oral and Written) communication skills, having 10/12 years experience in the entire UP for Ethical Marketing.
