Job Description

Responsibility:

  • All the Field Managers of the territories under your control, will report to you and you will be responsible to guide them to work effectively in their respective territories. As R.S.M. you will directly report to Sales Manager
  • Create the company’s image, successfully launch the products and establish the company in your territory in a short span of time and proper management of the Super-Distributor
  • To guide Field Manager and see that all Company’s strategies and policies are implemented effectively in your region.
  • You should ensure that Super-Stockist under your control makes payment on time, which is stipulated in the agreement.
  • You will be responsible to plan the Tour Programme for your Field Managers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: Graduate, preferably with M.B.A. in Marketing.

Experience: Overall 15 – 20 years in various capacities, like M.R., F.M. & with minimum 1-2 years at R.S.M. level. He should have thorough territory knowledge.

He should have excellent Communication Skills, leadership qualities, and good rapport with Medical professionals.
