Job Description:
- To achieve sales targets product-wise, and value-wise both in primary and secondary sales on a monthly as well as yearly basis for the assigned region.
- Maintain customer relationships and engage key stakeholders (i.e. Drs, Retailers, Stockist, etc.) of the region through different customer engagement initiatives in line with our company strategy.
- Regularly review the performance of the team and region sales and accordingly prepare the action plan for their improvement.
- Take initiatives to train and develop the team members basis the gaps identified.
- Ensure strict implementation of credit policy in the region and control out-standings as per the company norms.
- Fill the vacancies (AMs/ MEs/MTs) in the team, within the stipulated time frame as per the company norms to avoid any sales loss.
- Facilitate in implementation of company strategies by the team members to ensure execution excellence.
- Provide market intelligence data on market conditions and effectiveness of promotional strategy of the company’s products as well as that of competitors to the line managers and the marketing team.
- Manage the attrition within the team and ensure that the talent is retained.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
Any Graduates (Preferably B. Pharma, B.Sc.)/D. Pharma
Experience:
8 to 13 years of Relevant Experience.
Salary: 9.00-15.00 L CTC/PA
