Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create demand for company products.
- Implement the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop key loyal customers.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Sell proper product mix.
- Handle customer complaints as per the set norms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Plan and schedule customer calls and visits customers as per planned and targeted call frequency.
- File daily call reports in SMMS as per company norms & submit other relevant reports as per business requirements.
- Create awareness and usage of the company’s products by the customers with high-impact communication with effective/proper usage of given marketing inputs.
- Ensure proper service to customers by understanding their wants, needs, and problems by understanding the same during the interaction.
- Regularly provide feedback to the company on competitors’ activities.
- Timely conduct CMEs and Dr. meets
- Regularly visit stock points, book orders with cheques / DDs, and forward the same to HO / C & F for processing.
- Orders booked should have a proper product mix.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and as per set norms
