Job Description

Sales Manager – Altiza (CNS)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exploring the Identifying new avenue for the business
  • Recruit the right talent and induction in the territory, guide new colleagues, and reduce attrition
  • Identifying and Developing talent for further higher responsibilities
  • Motivating team for higher performance
  • Conducting assigned CMEs and major activities
  • Ensuring the successful launch of New products
  • Guide Field Force in making sensible investment decisions from the resources provided and ensuring proper return on investment
  • Understanding of product strategies. Ensure accurate implementation of market strategies in the region.
  • Key customer management. Identify Core Customers, adding and maintaining relations
  • On the Job training & Coaching to RBMs & ABMs
  • Diagnose & work out an action plan to improve poor performing
  • Take immediate steps to work in vacant territory
  • Build documentation and process against non-performance
  • Liaise with CNFs. CNF co-ordination regarding Indenting, expiry & breakages approval, reports
  • Conducting review meetings with RBMs, ABMs, & Bes
  • Collection of Adverse Events incidences including lack of efficacy related to Eris Lifesciences’s any drug product / medicinal product in the specified format (Eris Pharmacovigilance App) up to the maximum possible level of completeness of data related to patient/consumer, drug/medicinal product, Adverse Event(s) and reporter and forwarding the same to the Pharmacovigilance Team. A preliminary report should reach to PV -head within 24-hrs. and if required, the Final Report shall be submitted within 7 working days.
