Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to conduct In vivo pharmacokinetic studies independently
- To perform test item administration by various routes such as intravenous, oral, subcutaneous, dermal, intra-peritoneal, oro-tracheal, etc.
- Hands-on experience in blood sample collections in rodents by retro-orbital plexus, saphenous vein, sublingual vein, etc.
- Hands-on experience in sample collection techniques such as cisternal puncture for CSF in mice and rats, synovial fluid, and aqueous/ Vitreous humor sampling in rodents
- To perform brain microdialysis and tissue distribution studies in rodents
- Practical knowledge and experience of Phoenix WiNonlin and GraphPad prism software to perform pharmacokinetic data analysis
- Basic knowledge of PK parameters and in-vitro ADME properties for the selection of lead candidates
- Pre-formulation expertise to develop solutions and suspension formulations will be added.
- Preparation of study protocols and study reports
- Positive communicator and natural team player
- Must be willing to work in a group of matrix structure without hierarchy as well as an individual contributor under supervision
