Job Description
- Handling shift maintenance activity for Oral dosage manufacturing area.
- To ensure compliance with GMP/GEP/GDP.
- To ensure safety compliance as per Abbott Safety Guidelines
- Work all shifts flexibly when the job demands.
- Analyzing Data or Information – Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Maintaining and managing stocks of supplies, parts, and equipment.
- Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults, and supervise to team for critical equipment repairs.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Servo Motors & Drives, control valves & switches, VFDs, Relays, and different electronic circuits, motors, star delta starters, relay, Panel & switch gear, Contractor
- All documentation work related to Breakdown maintenance/Preventive Maintenance exception change management, Preparation of SOPs, Checklist, etc.
- Basic Knowledge of Pharma utility.
- Knowledge of handling equipment with safety like applying LOTO during maintenance activity.
- Keep a record of all stock and supplies, including the company’s electrical equipment
- Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process
- Supervise electrical works when new installations are undertaken.
- Learn new skills and attend training programs in other to increase your knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry
- Provide a safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity-induced accidents and mishaps are prevented
