Handling shift maintenance activity for Oral dosage manufacturing area.

To ensure safety compliance as per Abbott Safety Guidelines
Work all shifts flexibly when the job demands.
Analyzing Data or Information – Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Maintaining and managing stocks of supplies, parts, and equipment.
Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults, and supervise to team for critical equipment repairs.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Servo Motors & Drives, control valves & switches, VFDs, Relays, and different electronic circuits, motors, star delta starters, relay, Panel & switch gear, Contractor
All documentation work related to Breakdown maintenance/Preventive Maintenance exception change management, Preparation of SOPs, Checklist, etc.
Basic Knowledge of Pharma utility.
Knowledge of handling equipment with safety like applying LOTO during maintenance activity.
Keep a record of all stock and supplies, including the company’s electrical equipment
Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process
Supervise electrical works when new installations are undertaken.
Learn new skills and attend training programs in other to increase your knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry
Provide a safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity-induced accidents and mishaps are prevented
