Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire talent acquisition life cycle spanning from sourcing of candidates to selection, offer, and onboarding process.
- Applying creative candidate sourcing techniques and channels to generate talent pipelines including networking, headhunting and social media.
- Using job portals and their associated resume database, Boolean Search, and Web Sourcing skills. Organizing and conducting Campus Hiring.
- Establish a strong rapport with stakeholders to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure a clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities.
- Analytics: Responsible for Management Reports, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in end-to-end TA life cycle.
- Should have worked on leadership and senior-level hiring across functions.
- Should have done MBA with a specialization in HR.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of the English language.
