Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling Sterile Injectables Production on multiple Lines & Monitoring and leading the Team
- Execution of Production as per monthly plan and meeting the targets
- Responsible for equipment mapping, process risk assessment, process hazard, and interpretation
- Increasing production capacity
- Ensure the change controls, and deviations are initiated adequately and action is taken appropriately in online.
- Review of all validation protocols and reports like process validation, cleaning validation, Equipment Qualifications and holding study
- Ensuring Safe operations of the plant
- Enhancement of Productivity, Yield, Quality Improvement, and Cost Reduction
- Handling Customer & Regulatory audits
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Required candidate with 12-15 Years experience in Sterile Injectables Production working in reputed Pharma companies
