Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing Projects with competent skills and ensuring project timely completion.
• Hand-on experience as a Project management professional at civil construction sites, in civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Cleanroom, and HVAC jobs
• Responsible for bringing the project from the design stage to planning, execution, monitoring, and control, and up to the commissioning completion stage.
• Be a good resource-handling manager.
• Preparation of BOQ documents, Verification of bill as per BOQ with justification
• Preparation of monthly, weekly & daily project work schedules.
• Preparation of critical path with slack and float and following it for its adherence.
• Co-ordinate with the Client, Contractor, and Architect team to modify and revise the drawing as and when required as per site conditions
• Hands-on experience in Project scheduling and adherence to it.
• Hands-on working experience with Microsoft Office Tools and Auto Cad, MS Projects, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Primavera software.
• Ensure quality review and compliance with codes and regulations as per IS codes, NBC, etc
• Complying with the Companys Safety policy and Quality policy
• Experience in handling Govt officials in statutory cases
• Expertise in techno-commercial matters, tendering, estimation & bidding
• Steering the successful roll-out of project operations entailing defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, budget review & approval
• Performing technical & commercial evaluation of bid proposals & issuing technical clarifications to bidders

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification : (BE /B Tech, Certified Project Management Professional)

Experience: 10- 15 years of Relevant Experience from Pharma Plant
