Export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, DEEC declaration, shipping Instruction, Insurance Certificate, Bill of Exchange, AWB/BL) as per Order/LC
Co-ordination & interaction with Plants, Warehouse, CHA/Forwarders, Transporters, QA, Finance, Customers, and Country Managers for timely execution of export orders
Verification of Check List/Shipping Bill
Knowledge of DBK/RODTEP/IGST/Advance License/Narcotics/LC/Import permits/cool chain shipment
Timely providing shipment details and shipping documents to customers well before the arrival of consignments
Freight negotiation, taking quotes & comparison
Advance planning of containers & flight bookings
Responding to routine emails/queries on time
Error free documentation and compliance to various SOPs/guidelines pertaining to Revenue/Taxation/Narcotics/Country specifications
Maintaining system hygiene with regular cleaning of non-executable SO/STO
Generating & updating various reports Inventory, freight, pending orders, shipment tracking, and lead time analysis.
