Job Description
Position-Sales Manager/ Zonal Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Location- PAN India.
Required:
A person having experience in Anesthesia or Critical care is a must at the same level, a Stable candidate with an organization of repute.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales team for the Achievement of Sales Targets
- Review activities, sales, and other parameters with respect to KRAs to ensure that it is achieved within the defined time frame.
- Regularly meet the key customers and KOLs.
- Identifying and developing strong relationships with key stockiest, referral chemists, doctor/trade / other associations, and key influences of his / her zone.
- Ensure the development of the region as a profit Centre by analyzing reasons for variance and guiding the sales team.
- Periodic sales targets are reviewed on a regular basis and address the shortfall in achieving these targets and accordingly take corrective action.
