Job Description
Sr. Manager / AGM – Learning & Development
The main purpose of the Job:
Primary responsibilities include the Learning Operations and Learning partner for One division. The primary job is to identify learning needs, design and develop learning solutions, and implement them as per business needs
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs with an organization through job analysis
- Responsible for content management and development ( as per the industry and CoE framework) and designing behavioral training programs as per business needs
- Work with subject matter experts in end-to-end project development, from training design through implementation, testing, rollout, and enhancement.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end talent development programs.
- Managing the delivery of training and development programs
- Assist in developing strategies for integrating learning solutions with digital learning methodologies ensuring a smooth blended approach for learners.
- Support selection and evaluation of vendors including eLearning content development, interactive learning methods and platforms.
- Participate in and contribute to project scoping and planning, setting the standards for the learner experience that will enable learning objectives to be satisfied.
- Assist with content curation and evaluation to maintain current and relevant course catalog aligned with content management strategy.
- Accountable for managing the Learning Management Tool and vendor platform used for
the various development programs.
Managing training logistics, MIS, and reporting
An individual should have worked for a reputed L&D Consulting firm specialized in deigning / customizing L&D training programs as per business need.
- A person who has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Ms OFFICE tools and knowledge of eLearning authoring tools/ Video creation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Good Communication & Networking skills.
- Time management and work prioritization ability.
- Confident, Self-starter
A person who has strong relationship management skills.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Experience: 10-16 Years
