Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends & prepare an annual marketing plan of the portfolio for Gastroenterology, Cardiac, Diabetic, Gastro, Derma, and General Pharma products.
- Product Management, Marketing Communication, and Pricing.
- Implementing strategies at the field level and monitoring results.
- Setting targets for field force & tracking sales performance.
- Planning, executing, and tracking customer-oriented campaigns & special activities for priority products.
- Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
- Review & evaluate strategy implementation.
- Budgeting, forecasting / Resource Planning/tracking for portfolio.
- Providing market support to the sales team.
- Identifying new customers/markets within the territory for progressing the business.
- Controlling Sales Activities and new business development.
- Training to field force
- Doing market research about all product therapies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferred qualification: B.Pharma, MBA/PGDM
- Preferred experience: 5-10 Years
