Job Description
Department – SEEMEA-Quality-GBS
The position:
As a Sr Quality Professional I, you ensure regular and proactive communication with quality stakeholders, identifying and reporting quality risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them. Furthermore, you will be handling quality activities related to product shipments across affiliates.
As a SQP your primary responsibility will be:
- Support regional supplier audits, planning & execution.
- Support SEEMEA quality contracts management system.
- Support regional quality projects that are part of the Quality Knowledge House program.
- Support regional office and affiliates in reaching quality targets, and preparing quality performance reports for various stakeholders.
- Support training assignments for regional office and onboarding training for new quality comers.
Qualifications:
- An academic degree in life science preferably in Pharmacy or similar.
- Overall, 6-8 years of experience.
- Broad knowledge/experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with GDP on operational/decision level for at least 2 years.
- Experience from international work within or outside Novo Nordisk would be an added advantage.
- You have knowledge and experience within the documentation of quality and compliance in relation to GDP, ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable quality standards for operations.
- Excellent communication skills as the job requires you to interact with many different stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
