Job Description
Job Purpose
Plan, allocate, and monitor the microbiological analysis and environment monitoring activities in order to ensure the timely release of reports of samples to adhere to quality standards and meet SLA
Accountabilities
- Plan analysis of sample based on production priorities to meet the service level agreement
- Plan environmental monitoring in all production areas as per the defined schedule and production activities
- Report and investigate non-conformances observed in the laboratory and documentation by different QMS tools in order to achieve regulatory compliance
- Maintain documentation and perform non-routine activities (schedule, trending, procurement, etc.) in the laboratory to maintain the lab in an optimum state
- Deliver and validate training to team members as certified trainers for competency enhancement of team to minimize lab non-conformances
- Identify and evaluate areas for continuous improvement of lab operations based on scientific rational historical trend data to enhance efficiency and reduce paperwork

B.Sc. (Microbiology)
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 7-year experience in Microbiology
