Job Description
Job Purpose:
Undertake research and analysis to identify new product opportunities across regions, and provide necessary support to the portfolio selection team, for decision-making as well as the global portfolio strategy planning process, in line with company’s growth vision.
Accountabilities:
- Evaluate and select new products across dosage forms to expand the global product portfolio of the company and maintain a healthy product pipeline
- Consult with internal stakeholders such as R&D and Marketing, to prioritize products and ensure successful launch into markets
- Identify new entry channels for the company, through in-licensing and other opportunities, in order to drive business growth
- Conduct analysis on forecast volumes, sales, and gross profit of the products within a time frame, to calculate the ROI and success of the new product
Education Qualification
MBA from Tier I institutes strongly preferred. Undergraduates in Pharma, B.Pharma, and M.Pharma are desirable.
Relevant Work Experience
Previous experience in Finance, Portfolio, or Strategy (comparable to 2-4 years)
