Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead continuous improvement projects in the Procurement function of Supply Chain under the governance of the central CI Council

Key Accountabilities

  • To shape and lead continuous improvement programs in Procurement after liaising with the CI council and Function Head to drive transformation in the area (examples – AVD process optimization, automation)
  • Lead the momentum in the selected projects to ensure the delivery of project outcomes
  • Lead the functional learning agenda for the Procurement function under the aegis of SCM Academy along with the central L&D team and the Business HR team
  • Drive communication on the progress of various initiatives in the Procurement function in alignment with the CI Council to create awareness in the organization
Education Qualification

Postgraduate degree

Relevant Work Experience

8-10 years of experience in a Procurement/Supply Chain role
