Job Description
To lead continuous improvement projects in the Procurement function of Supply Chain under the governance of the central CI Council
Key Accountabilities
- To shape and lead continuous improvement programs in Procurement after liaising with the CI council and Function Head to drive transformation in the area (examples – AVD process optimization, automation)
- Lead the momentum in the selected projects to ensure the delivery of project outcomes
- Lead the functional learning agenda for the Procurement function under the aegis of SCM Academy along with the central L&D team and the Business HR team
- Drive communication on the progress of various initiatives in the Procurement function in alignment with the CI Council to create awareness in the organization

Postgraduate degree
Relevant Work Experience
8-10 years of experience in a Procurement/Supply Chain role
