Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Sales goals and hygiene:

  • To generate sales through regular doctor visits defined in the doctors’ list.
  • Responsible for product detailing and discussions with the customers for prescription generation.

Implementation of marketing strategies:

  • Effective planning of territory coverage,
  • Conduct continuous medical education and activities as defined in cycle meetings
  • Keeping self-updated with the scientific knowledge

Stock Management, daily reporting & competitor information

  • Taking orders and collecting payments timely
  • To provide regular feedback on competitor activity through market surveys/ field interaction with the HO
  • Timely reporting of daily work through the sales force reporting system

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors in Pharmacy/graduation in any Science stream, Masters in Pharmacy/post-graduation in science stream, MBA/PGDM with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in similar therapy areas is desirable
  • Prefer for female candidates
  • This is a pharma field sales role; hence, candidates interested in field roles may apply.
