Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build a talent pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking, industry mapping, and headhunting among others.
- Source relevant profiles from job portals, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct an initial preliminary evaluation of the candidates through a telephonic/virtual interaction.
- Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background screenings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements for each position.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure the most effective strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0 to 2 years of working experience in HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in MS Office
