Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build a talent pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking, industry mapping, and headhunting among others.
  • Source relevant profiles from job portals, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct an initial preliminary evaluation of the candidates through a telephonic/virtual interaction.
  • Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background screenings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements for each position.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure the most effective strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0 to 2 years of working experience in HR operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office

Qualification: Graduation
