Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development of recruitment plan for field sales team and corporate function.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms Job-portals, LinkedIn, advertisement, consultants & other sources as per Requirement)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Responsible for Negotiation and On-Boarding of Candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Negotiation, Interpersonal Skills, and Coordination.

Qualification: Fresher with an MBA in HR or 1 to 3 Years years of experience in Talent Acquisition pharma or non-IT profiles. volume hiring/bulk hiring experience
