Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Training Interventions for all the Divisions of the Organization.
- Imparting On the Job Training (OJT) to Field executives to reinforce the Knowledge and Skills required in the Field
- Designing and implementing specific training initiatives to improve sales Effectiveness, Productivity, and Performance MRS, ASM & ZSMs
- -Collaborate with business stakeholders (State Business Heads & Sales Managers) to validate and identify
- Learning/ training needs for target audience within my geography and planning relevant training solution/s
- -Train Sales Force on E-reporting/ E-learning modules (Develop SLAMs (Self Learning Assessment Modules) to facilitate continuous learning of the Sales team)
- -Strengthen /Develop coaching skills in Field Managers and help them to provide proper Job coaching to Sales Team to perform
- -Enhance Sales Team skills with periodic training interventions to improve their in-clinic effectiveness and achieve the business objectives
- -Visiting different Doctors in Hospitals/ clinics and understanding their concerns to customize our approach to Training
- Responsible for identifying the Training Needs [TNI], Training needs analysis [TNA], Training Strategy, Annual Training Plan, Training designing, Training budgeting, Training calendar, Training delivery Training feedback, Training evaluation according to the organizational Priorities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Science graduate or Pharma graduate with PGDHRM or MBA
- 5 years & above in Field sales & Training function delivery
- Reporting To: Business Head
- Geographic Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
