Job Description

• To Follow the c GMP, safety norms, and adhere to company policy.
• Performing the manufacturing operations and charging operations according to the written.
• Follow the completion of SOPs and c GMP during batch Production.
• Initiation, completion, and filling of batch production records.
• Enter the equipment cleaning, Usage, and maintenance details in the equipment log.
• Maintenance of the status board to know the current position of a batch of Equipment or material from time to time.
• Use personnel protective equipment properly and maintain it during Manufacturing operations.
• Receiving the indented Material from the Warehouse and checking the details as per Raw Material Request.
• Involving in daily based activities like Sanitation, Balance Calibration and maintaining all GMP-related documents (i.e. Filter bags usage record, mesh usage record,
• Equipment log, Raising and Handling of job Order & Work permits, etc.,) time to time.
• Handovering the Completed Batch Production Records, Documents (Job Orders & Work Permit, etc.)
• Clean the wet section and Clean room areas as per the sanitation cleaning procedure.
• Follow the gowning procedure in clean rooms, monitoring pressure, Temperature, and Relative Humidity in Clean room areas as per the sanitation cleaning procedure.
• Attending training programs as per the schedule Provided.
• Follow the Sampling Process, Intermediate, finished& recovery as per the sampling Procedure.
• Internal, Customer, and Regulatory audits readiness as per the schedule.
• Reporting to the Dy. Manager/designee and performing any other assignment delegated from time to time.
