Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Responsible and accountable for equipment operation and maintenance activities, in line with quality and safety standards in a compliant manner.

2) Representative from production department in supporting, maintenance team during troubleshooting, working on equipment troubles, there by reduction of MTTR of operating lines.

Change agent for doing the AWW activities transforming PM to AM, Demonstrating maintenance knowledge/ troubleshooting skills to the operators, by closely working with them

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and maintenance systems.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems & Quality Standards.
  • Knowledge of Safe Practices & Hygiene requirements.
  • Ability to Operate the Equipment including changeovers as required.
  • Ability to perform Maintenance practices on the Equipment.
  • Ability to handle the troubles/Failures on the Equipment.
  • Ability to Perform the Process & QA Checks as Required
