JD for Line Chemist

Experience: 0 to 6 Years

Qualification: M Sc/B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy

  • Hands-on experience in taking line clearness for washing, tunnel, filling & sealing activities.
  • Perform all in-process checks like volume check, CCIT, optical testing, etc., review BPCR, do reconciliation, idea on all intervention and especially open door interventions, NVPC & environmental monitoring procedures.

JD for Compounding/ Component Chemist

Experience: 0 to 6 Years

Qualification: M Sc/B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy

  • Hands-on experience in Autoclave operations VLT, Bowie Dick test, Autoclave alarms, and their review. CIP & SIP of filling & mixing vessel.
  • The integrity of filters (Handling of Sarto 4 plus check machine). Disinfectant preparation and filtration. Compounding of products.

JD for Filling

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B Sc

  • Should operate the filling machine, line conversion handle all interventions and especially open door interventions.
  • An idea of all environmental procedures.
  • Aseptic practice.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team for PM activities.

Documentation.

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Qualification: M Sc/B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy

  • Preparation of SOPs, BPCRs & their review BPCR reconciliation initiation of document change control for revision of SOPs & BPCRs.
  • Initiate a deviation & perform an investigation for identifying the exact root cause.
  • CAPA implement.
