Job Description
Career Stream Tasks
- Provide input to and lead the implementation of Direct Sales Management / Generalist practices to maximize sales opportunity pipelines through the promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers
- Prepare, develop and formulate all processes related to Direct Sales Management / Generalist programs and policies
- Research and evaluate the Direct Sales Management / Generalist policies, monitoring their deployment and achievement in order to enhance the effectiveness of strategies
- Prepare Direct Sales Management / Generalist plans and policies to translate current/ future business needs and challenges into effective plans for Galderma
- Execute Direct Sales Management / Generalist plans and policies to build a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers
- Prioritize and coordinate transformation and change of Direct Sales Management / Generalist policies and processes if required
- Understand and analyze ongoing Direct Sales Management / Generalist processes like new product/service introductions and prices identifying any need for improvement and implementing programs and policies that better suit the needs of Galderma
- Develop and formulate lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline to meet business needs
- Coordinate key Direct Sales Management / Generalist activities to provide effective Direct Sales Management / Generalist service
- Guide and consult Galderma employees on Direct Sales Management / Generalist related matters with a focus on strategic and operational activities
- Establish and maintain potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside the organization
