Job Description
Zonal Sales Manager for Chennai HQ with Gynae Segment (Covering Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Kerala).
Below would be the Job Responsibilities of the desired candidate:
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
- Training To The Field Staff Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning Primary and secondary sales
- Ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
- Driving team members to the achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization Sales Forecasting at the monthly and quarterly level
- Managing CFA Ensuring timely reporting through the team in company-prescribed formats
- Involvement in the competency-based recruitment process and coordination with RSM, ZSM, GM, and Zonal HR for the same
Critical attributes/qualities:
Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem-solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate
Note: Candidates having Gynae Products experience are a MUST.
