Zonal Sales Manager – South Zone || Generics & OTC Division

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exploring the Identifying new avenues for the business
  • Recruit the right talent and induction in the territory, guide new colleagues, and reduce attrition
  • Identifying and Developing talent for further higher responsibilities
  • Motivating team for higher performance
  • Conducting assigned CMEs and major activities
  • Ensuring the successful launch of New products
  • Guide Field Force in making sensible investment decisions from the resources provided and ensuring proper return on investment
  • Understanding of product strategies. Ensure accurate implementation of market strategies in the region.
  • Key customer management. Identify Core Customers, adding and maintaining relations
  • On-The-Job training & Coaching to RBMs & ABMs
  • Diagnose & work on an action plan to improve poor performing
  • Take immediate steps to work in vacant territory
  • Build documentation and process against non-performance
  • Conducting review meetings with RBMs, ABMs, & BEs
Critical attributes/qualities:

Experience: 11-18 Years

Qualification: Graduation
