Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales achievement of the zone by driving the team to cover doctors and market effectively; resolving issues wherever needed.
  • Ensure that the power brand targets are achieved.
  • Implementation of marketing strategy and activities.
  • Daily Sales Outstanding & Inventory Management.
  • Keeping a check on near expiry stocks and liquidation from stockiest.
  • Rapport with Key Opinion Leaders by regular visits and scientific programs.
  • Using their influence to drive prescriptions from other customers in the territory.
  • FSO/DSM development.
  • Vacancy management and team retention.
