Job Description
Zonal Sales Manager – North based in Delhi (Nirma Group)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Sales Targets for Region.
- The expense to Sales Ratio Achievement
- Business Planning for the zonal level with the region as a Profit Centre.
- Ensure effective planning and execution for resource deployment and utilization in alignment with prevailing strategy and policies of the organization for people
- Ensure the development of the region as a profit Centre by analyzing reasons for variance and guiding the sales team.
- Fixing weekly sales targets and reviewing them regularly to track any shortfall in achieving these targets and accordingly take corrective action.
- Continuously review activity, sales, and other parameters with respect to KRAs of MR/ASM/RSM to ensure that it is achieved within the defined timeframe.
- Problem-solving escalated by MR/ASM/RSM/ (including issue identification and resolution).
- Coordinating with Head Office for stock, promotional materials, and samples.
- Minimization of sales return, breakage, and expiry from customers and taking timely remedial action.
- Ensuring minimal outstanding by timely collections, strong recovery of over dues, and promoting advance payment dealings in the area.
- Create and maintain effective key customer and KOL lists for his/her area.
- Regularly meet the key customers and KOLs.
- Identifying and developing strong relationships with key stockiest, referral chemists, doctor/trade / other associations and key influencers of his / her zone.,
- Analytical skills with regard to internal data and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 12+ Years of experience in Pharma Sales.
- Minimum 1+ year experience as ZSM (3rd line) in pharma sales working in the Same Territory and Region.
- Experience in critical care, anaesthesia is added advantage
- Science Graduate
