Job Description
Position Objective:
- To ensure the smooth functioning of all support functions like Housekeeping, Security,
- Transport, Repair & Maintenance, canteen, Fire, Safety measures
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall maintenance
- To ensure all AMCs are renewed timely.
- Escalation for upgradation /renewals as required in conjunction with HO
- Responsible for overseeing transport management wrt (i) All compliances are being followed. (ii) Documentation (iii) Changes/ Improvisation required if any.
- Responsible for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality at all times.( Coordination for the printing of flex/hoardings in concern with HO) .
Housekeeping:
- Vendor Management to ensure the required no. Of personnel are present as per agreed format.
- Ensure that housekeeping staff carries out their outlined work along with HR Supervisor.
- To escalate timely in case of emergency.
- Periodic/ Regular review and feedback to the vendor.
- To ensure mess/canteen is running with proper hygiene.
- Taking care of horticulture.
Security:
- To manage and direct the overall safety and security operations of the plant.
- To develop, design, and oversee the plant implementation of facilities safety and security devices, patrols, and alarms.
Liasoning:
- Build and manage relations with all concerned regulatory authorities. Like Water Authority, Police Department, Electricity Department, BSNL, Banks, etc.
- Ensure compliance for all the above at all times, Timely escalation in case of any issues/ delays/ lapse.
- Ensure DG sets are working properly
General Administration:
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register, store stock register.
- Overall supervision of Academic Buildings, Gardens Grounds, and Offices.
- Security of Plant
- Taking care of Horticulture
Maintenance
- Ensure proper maintenance of all buildings, furniture, equipment, and grounds.
- Ensure continuous water supply and electric power/Maintenance of fuel consumption and record register.
- Maintain service records i.e. Adhaar Card, Police verification of housekeeping, security, and guards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience-Must have experience of 4-8 yrs in the Pharma Industry
- Should have experience in handling the administrative tasks
- knowledge of handling/dealing with the housekeeping staff
- knowledge of estate repair & maintenance
- should be able to able to manage security effectively
- should be able to manage transportation
Qualification: Graduation
