Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber sales professionals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the selection of top-performing individuals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
- Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the overall recruitment function.
- Prepare varied recruitment based reports and dashboards on a weekly/ monthly basis.
This role will include frequent travel for campus hiring/ recruitment drives. Applicants flexible to travel may only apply.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 9 years of Relevant Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in MS Office
Qualification: Graduation, Post Graduation
