Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber sales professionals.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the selection of top-performing individuals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
  • Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the overall recruitment function.
  • Prepare varied recruitment based reports and dashboards on a weekly/ monthly basis.

This role will include frequent travel for campus hiring/ recruitment drives. Applicants flexible to travel may only apply.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5 to 9 years of Relevant Experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office
