Job Description
- Preferably should have OTC/FMCG product selling experience.
- Distributor appointment and management.
- Achieving Sales targets.
- Monitoring daily secondary targets of the team.
- Should be able to analyze the reports and come up with an action plan.
- Review secondary primary during the weekly meeting.
- Focus on horizontal & vertical distribution.
- Controlling damaged stock as per the Company norms.
- Promotion of the Company’s products in the area allotted to you to achieve or exceed the target.
- Productivity, development, and discipline of your team of Territory Managers.
- Business prospecting to expand the business of the Company and safeguard the Company’s business interest in the area.
- You will be supervising the activities of your Territory Managers based in your area.
