Job Description

Role & Responsibility:

• Dynamically reacting to evolving business needs and competing priorities, using data to identify possible opportunities and gaps in achieving key business goals
• Presentation to leadership along with relevant recommendations/ insights through data analytics.
• Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong ability to motivate, direct, and develop personnel and identify those with the best strengths for the job.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Strengthen the relationship with commercial teams and provide the necessary support required to provide analytics & Insights.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices.
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
