Job Description

Manager/Assistant Manager/ Dy Manager – Medical Writing & Project Management

Role:

The role is working as a medical writer and project manager for effective management of project and medical writing also includes new product evaluation and compliance under the guidance of the function Area Head/Lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Medical writing and Publications (30%):
  • Identification of product/therapy and development of Publication plan under the guidance of function head.
  • Developing strategic publications matching the life-cycle of the project.
  • Developing original manuscripts, review articles, and short communication for scientific journals. Submission and facilitating publications to identified journals.
  • Support to medical team members for medical writing and publication.
  • Medical writing for the non-scientific press, patient education material, flip chats, etc.
  • Development of PPTs whenever needed and requested by the function head.
2. Driving medical projects/registry/RWE/Study (30%):
  • Conceptualization of project/study;
  • Development of project/study outline as per received guidance, driving the projects/study as per the agreed outcome and timelines.
  • Troubleshooting wherever needed. Collaboration with medical team members for facilitating their projects wherever needed and guided by function head.
3. New Product Evaluations and SEC watch (20%):
  • Work as a SPOC for coordination of new product evaluation, archiving the new product evaluation data, SEC meeting watch and driving meaningful conclusions and sharing with stakeholders.
4. Compliance (20%):
  • Work as a SPOC for coordination and archiving of all activities pertaining to medical compliance. Identification of risk updating to function/department head about the same.
  • Develop the mitigation plan as per the guidance of the function/department head.

Qualification & Experience
